As a Business Development Representative you will be a natural new business hunter, experienced selling solutions such as SaaS and Cloud software.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Representative (BDR)
· Prospect for new business and identify sales opportunities through various lead generation techniques
· Utilize social media platforms to identify decision makers and prospect
· Organize client appointments for Senior Account Executives to attend via video or in person
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
· Stay up to date with new features and product launches
· Monitor and report on sales performance
· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Business Development Representative (BDR)
· Must have experience in software sales (Cloud, SaaS or technical solutions)
· Proven work experience as a New Business hunter for both roles
· Proven history of new business prospecting and hitting sales targets
· Hungry to learn and develop your career
· An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
· Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary and Benefits
BDR: £20,000 – £25,000 + OTE + benefits

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (possible flexibility)
