Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in leading a diverse sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new sales talent as required.
Coach, support, and manage a diverse sales team across various disciplines.
Develop and implement systems to measure team performance, quality, and productivity.
Establish processes to enhance efficiency and drive team performance.
Provide detailed reports on forecasting, performance metrics, trends, obstacles, and opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership and clients to develop strategies that achieve revenue goals.
Prepare and conduct regular business reviews with clients and contribute to quarterly business assessments.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, with additional European language skills a plus.
Proven experience leading a team of outbound reps or full-cycle Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)/Account Executives (AE).
Background as an ISR/AE with team leadership experience in software vendors, IT services, SaaS, or system integrators.
Familiarity with managing within Ireland, including knowledge of local HR legislation.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales aptitude, with a customer-centric, solutions-oriented approach.
Highly collaborative, results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-sufficient, adaptable, decisive, and professional, with strong multitasking abilities.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid/Office). Must be based in Ireland.
Salary: €57,000 + OTE €11K
