Sales Development Representative (German speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative outreach strategies that align with market trends, identify client pain points, and offer suitable solutions
Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, leveraging Google's market influence
Find and capitalise on new business prospects within specific industries and target demographics
Build and sustain valuable relationships with key Google stakeholders and effectively communicate product benefits to clients
Assess client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and facilitate meetings or calls between clients and enterprise sales
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales objectives
Develop and execute market campaigns, providing detailed reports on their performance to internal teams
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services
Promote success stories to targeted companies in diverse sectors.
Requirements:
Fluent in German
Highly motivated with a keen interest in advancing a career in sales
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets; experience in business development or SaaS sales is a plus
Strong aptitude for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions-focused sales
Experience with CRM systems
Skilled in generating leads independently and developing a robust sales pipeline

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland, Full-time, Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office).
Salary: €40,000 base salary with potential €30,000 commission (€70,000 OTE).
