Account Executive
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive with experience in managing the full sales cycle within the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage a designated market segment and territory, focusing on efficient sales execution.
Develop, design, and implement comprehensive territory plans.
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, engaging appropriate resources such as Product, Marketing, and Channel Partners.
Utilise data analysis and proven processes to make informed decisions and drive results.
Maintain a structured and organized schedule to meet deadlines and achieve sales quotas.
Act as a product and service advocate, building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition.
Communicate technical and business value propositions to potential new clients effectively.
Establish a trusted advisor role with prospects, demonstrating knowledge, assertiveness, and relevance.
Understand and strategize against the competitive landscape to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with leadership and clients to identify and implement strategies for revenue growth.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline by tracking activities and updating records in a CRM.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Exceptional prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for customer experience.
Collaborative and results-oriented, with a history of success in achieving sales targets.
Tech-savvy with an interest in innovative and emerging technologies.
Self-reliant, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English, with additional languages a bonus.
Experience in B2B sales as an individual contributor or as an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the SaaS/IT services sector, targeting mid-market to enterprise clients.
Preferred experience with software vendors, IT services, SaaS, or system integrators.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid/Office). Must be based in Ireland.
Salary: €44,000 + €11000 OTE
