(Inbound) Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual as an (Inbound) Sales Development Representative. Accepting candidates who possess a driven and eager to achieve mentality. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet targets, and a knack for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Achieve individual targets while contributing to team and client goals.
Quickly learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
Act as a product and service advocate, building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition.
Share success stories and articulate value to potential prospects.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM, tracking all activities and opportunities.
Schedule appointments for sales teams, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
Provide actionable insights on market trends, product feedback, and customer insights.
Identify and creatively solve problems, presenting recommended solutions proactively.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with additional native languages a bonus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, GSuite, and sales tools like CRMs.
High confidence and ability to build trust quickly during initial calls, with strong soft skills for immediate impact.
Exceptional listening skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Highly collaborative and organized.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, including customer recommendations, support during the buying process, objection handling, and customer service.
Preferably experienced in handling high volumes of incoming customer queries across various platforms and channels.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid/Office) Must be based in Ireland.
Salary: €35,000 + OTE (€5000)
