Swedish (Nordic) Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive

Lomax is hiring an Inside Sales Representative or Account Executive for their Nordics Region for a software company with a unique product offering and going through substantial growth! 

Our client requires a motivated Account Executive, ideally Swedish speaking to complement their high performing sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive you will target the Nordics market, working alongside external Account Executives, to help increase the customer base and overall revenue.

Working the full sales cycle from lead to close, with a consultative sales approach you will deal with customers who can benefit from the company products and services. You must have strong communication skills, an understanding of complex Enterprise software sales processes, excel at building new relationships, and be brilliant at closing. You should be a quick learner with the ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way.

Inside Sales Representative requirements

  • Prior ISR and Account Executive experience with a track record of achieving sales quota

  • Experience in complex IT/Tech/Software

  • 2-3 years of software sales experience with a history of exceeding targets & KPI’s

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software

  • Able to report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

  • Ideally Swedish speaking

Salary and exceptional benefits

  • £45,000 + circa £30k commission but will be uncapped + exceptional benefits including share options, enhanced pension.

  • Home-based (Sweden or UK)
