Field Sales Executive
Lomax Recruitment Group is assisting a leading Packaging Solutions client with the hire of a Field Sales Executive.
We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful Field Sales Executive will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. As external sales you will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. As a Field Sales Manager or External Sales Executive, you will also research sales competition within the Packaging industry.
Responsibilities for the Field Sales Executive
Full sales cycle - Identify new business, using various lead generation methods both internal and external, cold calling, presentations, visits and closing
Manage existing key client accounts and revenue levels
Research accounts, generate and follow through sales lead
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Build productive long lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Requirements for the Field Sales Executive
Previous Field Sales experience (beneficial)
Previous packaging industry experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and driven
Full driving license.
Salary and Benefits
£25000 - £30000 + generous OTE and car.
Location
Home based - Various - Derby, Derbyshire, or Midlands - Birmingham, or South East.
