Account Executive

Lomax Recruitment Group is partnered with a Milton Keynes client for the acquisition of an Account Executive to join their highly motivated sales team.

Responsibilities for the Account Executive 

• Identify and target prospects

• Take ownership and act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end

• Conduct online demo’s / screen shares

• Act as the point of contact for clients and build relationships

• Organise regular client meetings to discuss their requirements

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Stay up to date with new features and product launches

• Monitor and report on sales performance

• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

• Travel to see clients throughout the UK.

Requirements for the Account Executive 

• Proven work experience in a New Business Development role (Internal or External)

• Proven history of new business, lead generation and hitting sales targets

• Hungry to learn and develop your career

• Experience in software sales (Cloud, SaaS) would be beneficial but not essential

• An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement

• Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Driving license.

Salary and Benefits

£24k – 30k DOE + commission + many benefits.

Location

Milton Keynes. Although this is based in the office there will be an opportunity to visit clients onsite.
