VP of Sales, EMEA (BPO)

Lomax Recruitment Group is recruiting for one of Europe’s fastest growing BPO’s for the hire of a VP of Sales, EMEA to join a growing their dynamic leadership team.

As Vice President, Sales EMEA you will work closely with other C-level Executives to ascertain goals, and advise about staffing and other organisational resources for EMEA multilingual projects. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the organisation, and monitor and report on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them.

As VP Sales, you will be responsible for crafting and successfully executing sales plans, programs, and large business development wins of EMEA BPO projects. 

VP Sales Requirements:

This role could suit a Senior Sales Director for Europe, on the up and looking to make the step up to a VP of Sales role. This person must have extensive BPO/Outsourcing experience for European contact centres.

·        Must have extensive multilingual BPO/Contact Centre experience

·        Proven history of achieving impressive sales results and BPO/EMEA outsourcing bid wins

·        Proven ability to manage Senior Sales Teams

·        Hands on - research and seek out potential major clients and forge beneficial relationships

·        Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills 

Salary and Benefits

·        £100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus and benefits

·        Remote (Must live in the UK)
