Professional Services Engineer responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot software products

• Drive adoption and achieve the highest customer satisfaction during the on-boarding process

• Conduct online demo’s / screen shares

• Be the face of the company and act as the main point of contact for clients technical needs and build relationships

• Act as a subject matter expert to several departments and lead technical conversations during the customer journey

• Stay up to date with new features and product launches

Professional Services Engineer skills required

• Proven ability of deploying software

• Proven history of customer engagement and satisfaction roles

• Proven ability of troubleshooting messaging technologies – Exchange, O365

• Knowledge of email protection and security such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, Symantec, Cisco Cloud Email

• Strong experience with Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Azure

• Excellent communication skills

• Team player, dynamic and very personable

This role could suit someone from a Managed Services background or someone currently working in an Implementation Engineer role from a Software vendor or a 3rd line support Engineer involved in project rollouts.

Salary and Benefits

£40,000 - £50,000 + bonus, 25 days holiday and many more benefits 

Location

WFH and commutable to London 2 days a week
