Nordic Sales Development Representative
Lomax is hiring a Nordic Sales Development Representative for a software company going through substantial growth with a product and service offering in demand.
Our client requires a motivated SDR to complement their high performing sales team. As a Swedish Sales Development Representative, you will target the Nordic market, increasing the customer base.
You will prospect and screen potential customers who can benefit from the company products and services. You will be the first line of communication with prospects, so you must have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting-up sales closers for success.
You should be a quick learner and can showcase offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Nordic Development Representative requirements:
Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative and record of exceeding targets & KPI’s
Experience in IT/Tech/Software
3+ years of sales experience and prospecting
Ideally fluent Swedish, strong communication skills via phone and email – to set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within your sales career
Proficiency with CRM software
Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Salary and exceptional benefits
£35k – 40k + uncapped commission + exceptional benefits including company pension, shares, private medical care, enhanced holiday entitlement.
