International Sales Director

Lomax Recruitment Group is partnered with one of Europe’s fastest growing BPO’s for the hire of an experienced and motivated International Sales Director to oversee international sales development.  

As an experienced International Sales Director, you will be responsible for P&L, strategic leadership of global sales, including crafting and successfully executing sales plans, programs, and large business development wins of BPO projects. 

International Sales Director requirements 

  • Must have extensive BPO/Contact Centre experience

  • Proven history of achieving impressive sales results and BPO bid wins

  • Proven ability to manage European Sales Leaders

  • Research and seek out potential major clients and forge beneficial relationships

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 

Salary and Benefits

  • £60,000 - £100,000 + Bonus and benefits

  • Remote (Must live in the UK)
