Business Development Representative (German speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (German speaking). The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team and client goals.

  • Quickly acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services.

  • Act as a product and service advocate, building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition.

  • Share success stories with targeted companies in relevant industries and territories.

  • Identify, develop, and nurture new customer accounts for the client.

  • Self-prospect leads to build a pipeline of high-intent opportunities.

  • Create effective outreach strategies based on market trends, pain points, and solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

  • Schedule appointments for sales teams, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.

  • Provide actionable insights into market trends, product feedback, and customer insights based on conversations.

  • Proactively identify problems and present creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, GSuite, and sales tools like CRMs.

  • Fluent in English and German, additional languages a bonus.

  • High confidence and the ability to build trust quickly during initial calls, with strong soft skills for immediate impact.

  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and working under pressure.

  • Ability to professionally communicate and conduct presentations and product demos via phone and email.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, including collaboration with sales teams, qualifying new business opportunities, objection handling, and customer service skills.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid/Office) Must be based in Ireland.

Salary: €38,000 + OTE €5000
