Business Development Executive

Lomax is once again assisting our client with another hire due to demand and growth. Our client requires a Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, has an interest in Tech/Software and loves to talk on the phone.
This role will be fully remote working from home, so focus and self-discipline is essential. You will join a friendly but driven team, reporting to managers that are open to ideas and collaboration. Your role will be to research and discover new prospects and identify potential needs for the company’s products and services. Your goal will be to achieve engagement and interest to the point a Senior Executive can close the deals.
Business Development Executive requirements
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Strong desire and ability to move up within your sales career
Hungry, competitive, and must be comfortable working to targets and KPI’s
Willing to learn and can adapt easily
Loves being on the phone, speaking to prospective clients
Disciplined, hungry and capable of working from home
Excellent communication skills and articulate.
Salary and Benefits
£26,000 + 14k OTE + benefits
