Account Manager (SaaS, IT & Network Security)
Lomax Recruitment Group is assisting a SaaS Security company with truly ambitious plans. They need a dynamic, high-performing Account Manager to join a rapidly growing team. Our client needs high achievers and go-getters who love winning.
You must have experience selling SaaS, IT Security and IT Monitoring & Management software via phone and conducting online presentations. You must have experience selling to MSP's and SMB clients.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your client base and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.
You will have a history of bringing on new business and hitting personal sales quotas and you will love the challenges that come with new business prospecting in a competitive market.
Responsibilities for the Account Manager
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Present products and solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with Pre-Sales when needed
Provide after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Requirements for the Account Manager
Proven experience as an Account Manager / Account Executive to over-achieve sales targets
Solid SaaS/IaaS/Network Security sales experience with sales figures to back up your achievements
Proven experience selling to MSP’s and SMB clients
Passionate, enthusiastic, ambitious and loves to win
Exceptional knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen
Report and monitor sales metrics and pipelines
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Salary
£45000 - £70000 + OTE and Exceptional benefits.
Location
London (currently WFH during covid) with a view to travel to London in the future.
